What is the Paris Baguette Rewards App?
The PB Rewards App is our special program designed to thank our guests for making Paris Baguette their favorite bakery café. Paris Baguette rewards members for dining at our bakery cafés with points for each dollar spent. Those points are then used to earn free menu items. We also share deals, discounts and news, plus we offer online ordering capabilities on the app, which can all be accessed and redeemed through your mobile device.
How does the PB Rewards App work?
For each dollar a PB Rewards member spends on store purchases (pre-tax), one point is earned. Every time a member reaches 50 points, they are rewarded a free pastry, which can be redeemed during their next visit.
How do I join the PB Rewards App?
There are a couple of simple ways to join:
Using the mobile app:
- Go to the app store and search Paris Baguette. Download the free Paris Baguette mobile app for your Android or IOS device from Google Play or the Apple Store.
- Once installed, launch the app and go through the sign up process. The app will guide you through this.
Using the website:
- Visit parisbaguette.com to sign up without a mobile device.
- Follow the prompts to fill out the form and you’re all set.
Is there a fee?
There is no fee to become a PB Rewards member. The mobile app is free!
Are there other rewards besides earning points?
Yes, you will receive an immediate offer for “a free pastry with any purchase” just for signing up. We also give rewards for birthdays and will send out special deals periodically just for being part of our rewards app.
In addition, the mobile app allows our loyal patrons to:
- Find the nearest Paris Baguette locations.
- Order online from participating locations.
- Receive special gifts, offers, invitations, insider news and more.
How do I earn and redeem points using the mobile app?
To earn points, just open your app when you are at the register. The cashier will ask you if you would like to earn points. Press the button that says “Tap here to earn points.” When you see the QR code, point it at the scanner at the register. Your purchase will be recorded and the points will be reflected in your app. Note: It may take a few hours for points to show on your app.
To redeem rewards:
When you have earned 50 points, you will have a reward notice for a free pastry or other current reward. To redeem it, press the “redeem” button. When you see the QR code appear, point it toward the scanner at the register. The reward you have chosen will be deducted from your overall receipt.
How long does a reward last?
Once you have earned a reward, you have 90 days to redeem it before it expires.
Can I redeem my rewards at any store?
Yes, rewards are valid at all locations.
